Turning on and starting the Biryusa washing machine
Even on a modern washing machine, it is not enough to simply press two buttons to start washing. First you need to collect dirty laundry, and also carefully prepare the “home assistant” for the work cycle, and only then you can turn on the Biryusa washing machine and start working. That is why it is better not to rush into washing new household appliances, but first carefully study the official instructions and recommendations of experts.
Putting the technology into action
Don’t rush to start the wash; first you need to make sure that the machine is working and ready for the cycle. To do this, make sure that the water supply tap is open and that household appliances are connected to water supply, sewerage and electricity. If everything is in order with communications, then you should begin sorting dirty laundry and then loading it into the drum. Afterwards, you need to close the hatch door tightly until you hear a characteristic click.
Then you need to add the necessary household chemicals to the powder receptacle. This can be washing powder or washing gel, as well as fabric softener. The detergent dispenser usually has three compartments:
- The Roman numeral "I" compartment is required for pre-washing. This section is rarely used, because such soaking is provided in a limited number of operating modes of the SM.
- The compartment with the Roman numeral “II” is needed for the main wash, so this is where you need to add powder or gel.
- A compartment with a flower icon is provided for the air conditioner.
When the detergents are in the tray, you need to turn on the Biryusa washing machine with the power button.Afterwards, all that remains is to select the work cycle, which is easy to do due to the signatures on the sectors of the program switching knob. To understand in more detail how to wash using each program, carefully study the next paragraph of the article, where we described the main work cycles.
When the mode is selected, you will need to adjust the washing parameters - temperature and spin speed, and then press the “Start / Pause” button, which activates the washing machine. This completes the preparation for washing, so you can leave the machine alone for a while.
Depending on the selected duration, in half an hour or several hours, household appliances will collect water, wash dirty items, rinse them, wring them out, and also remove remaining moisture by pouring them down the drain.
It is not worth observing the operation of the equipment unless this is the first test run, during which you need to check the operation of the device and the correct connection to all communications. Moreover, if the power in your house is suddenly turned off, then even in this case the washing machine will perform perfectly well - as soon as electricity appears, it will continue the selected program from the same place where it stopped due to a blackout. Finally, if you suddenly need to urgently stop the cycle and open the drum, then you need to use the “Start/Pause” button.
Let's get acquainted with the programs
In modern washing machines, the number of operating modes has long exceeded a dozen, so it is not always easy to understand how one or another works. Carefully study the list of key programs so that you know how to start the wash correctly.
- Intense. It is distinguished by increased duration and intensity, which helps to cope with the most contaminated things.
- Cotton. A special program for cleaning everyday clothes, as well as bed linen, characterized by relatively high duration and intensity.
- Fast. A special mode for accelerated cleaning of lightly soiled everyday items in low temperature conditions.
- Synthetics. A work cycle with reduced intensity and duration parameters compared to the cotton mode. Allows you to clean items made from synthetic and sensitive materials. Also suitable for curtains and products made from openwork fabrics.
The program for synthetics is still suitable for processing knitted items, but it is recommended to clean them with a small amount of household chemicals so as not to accidentally damage or deform.
- Wool. A separate mode for woolen and wool-blend items that can be machine washed. Before using the machine, carefully read the clothing labels, which will contain all the washing information.
- Delicate. The opposite of the intensive mode, it is therefore characterized by a low washing intensity and low drum speed, so as not to damage items made of delicate materials.
- Eco-friendly. It takes place at a temperature of 40 or 60 degrees Celsius, depending on the choice of the housewife, and is characterized by a long duration and low power consumption. Suitable for cleaning non-dirty synthetics, white and colored cotton that does not fade.
- Volumetric things. Special cycle for large items, such as warm blankets, duvet covers, winter jackets, coats and more.It takes place at a temperature of 40 degrees and requires preliminary uniform distribution of clothing in the drum.
- Jeans. Allows you to clean denim clothes at a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. You must first turn things inside out, plus for this type of fabric it is better to use liquid gels and capsules rather than washing powder, which is difficult to wash out of clothes.
- Children's room. An effective cycle implemented at a temperature of 60 degrees for the treatment of children's clothes, diapers and clothes of people with allergies.
- Sports. The program was created for sportswear, as well as shoes, which are cleaned at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The manufacturer recommends washing no more than two pairs of shoes in one cycle.
- Ending in. A special program for cleaning mixed items with medium dirt at a temperature of 40 degrees. The user can choose among several options for the shutdown time, and the duration of the program itself can be found in the official manual.
- Preliminary. This option is best activated for treating items with old stains and stubborn dirt that cannot be removed by standard washing.
- Additional rinse. A useful option to run an additional rinse step to accurately remove all household chemicals from clothes. It’s great to combine this function with modes for children’s clothing, as well as for bulky items.
- Mixed fabrics. Suitable for laundry that has not been sorted by type of material and is moderately soiled. Washing is carried out at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.
- Cleaning the drum. Finally, there is a special mode for cleaning and sterilizing the drum, which takes place at high temperature to remove all possible contaminants. Add some household chemicals to make cleaning more effective.
Despite the high intensity of the cycle, it should not be used to clean clothes as it may damage the items.
These are not all the modes presented in modern Biryusa washing machines, but these are the main programs that may be needed in everyday life.
