I am quite absent-minded, so I often forgot to throw some small things into the wash, and remembered about them after starting the machine. Now there are no problems, I can easily throw things into the machine even some time after starting the program. I'm very glad we bought this Samsung model. The machine washes away any dirt and has a stylish design. A quick cycle (15 minutes) is programmed into the memory, which is very convenient when you need to refresh your clothes.

Among the shortcomings, I can note the noise the machine makes during the spin cycle. But this problem was easily solved by purchasing special rubber pads for the legs of the washer. The instructions state that the maximum load is 6.5 kg, but in reality it is better not to stuff more than six kilograms. Overall, if they ask whether this model is worth buying, I definitely recommend the machine. The price-quality-functionality ratio of the Samsung WW65K42E08W is simply excellent.

I consider the main advantage of the washing machine to be its cost - $270 for a unit with such a set of functions and additions - just a gift. The ability to reload laundry is real, and not a pathetic parody, like on LG or Siemens, where adding additional items is preceded by the mandatory draining of water into a separate tank. The quality of washing is excellent. It easily removes stains from white shirts, which is very important to me. It works quietly and does not “jump” on the floor. There is an option for steaming things and an automatic detergent dosage function.

In my review I want to talk about the shortcomings. In fact, the steam washing function is fake. Thus, a mode with water heating up to 95°C washes much better than steam. Steam treatment is available only in two modes: “Bed linen” and “Children’s clothing”. The instructions inform that the user will not be able to see the steam during this type of washing. In my opinion, it is better to wash in boiling water and not rely on steam.

I am also annoyed by the poor sound signal indicating the end of the wash. This is a long melody that plays annoyingly for almost a minute. Also, any action is accompanied by sound: adjusting the spin speed, selecting a program. It's a no-brainer for some, but I don't like the fact that it's impossible to turn off the sound.

As it turned out in practice, the reloading hatch is not so important - we have used it only a couple of times since purchasing the washing machine.

The additional hatch door is very small. In principle, it’s easy to throw socks, a T-shirt, baby onesies, etc. into the drum. As for large items or bed linen, they, of course, will not fit into the hole. Another drawback is that the declared maximum drum capacity of 6.5 kg is only available in a couple of washing modes.Basically, the machine holds 4 kg of laundry, which is generally the norm for a 45 cm washing machine.

The software error is not too critical for me, but I still think that such failures are unacceptable for Samsung. My rating for this model is an A with a slight minus.

I was surprised, and many housewives will understand what I’m talking about - the machine washes in such a way that the duvet cover no longer “eats” the rest of the things in the drum. For me this is downright nonsense. I really like the steam treatment option - it leaves the towels soft and fluffy. The quick wash mode is convenient - 15 minutes, and the clothes can be hung up.

Various options can be added to most programs, for example, intensive stain removal, bubble washing, soaking, etc. It is possible to adjust the water heating temperature and spin speed. The rinsing quality is excellent compared to my previous washing machine from another well-known brand. Quite roomy, as an example, it can easily move a couple of duvet covers, a mattress pad, a sheet and several pillowcases at a time.

I didn't find any significant shortcomings. Only if we attribute here the lack of washing at 30 degrees. The manufacturer allows you to set the heating to 20°C or 40°C.

It also seems to me that the drum is slightly flattened, oval.Also, during the process of delivering the machine from the store, one of the shipping bolts was bent and the “lamb” where the bolt is inserted cracked. Perhaps I was just unlucky with assembling the washing machine. Otherwise, the machine copes with its functions perfectly and washes well.

I thank the specialist who advised me to buy this model. It works quietly at all stages of the cycle - both when filling and draining water. The sound when pouring water into the tank is comparable to the noise of water from a tap that is not fully open. Samsung WW65K52E69S washes perfectly, maintaining the shape and brightness of things. Although, maybe this is due to the detergents that I choose very meticulously.

What I didn’t like was the manufacturer’s limitation in adjusting the temperature and spin speed in certain washing programs. On the previous washing machine, I could set any mode and set the heating degree that I considered necessary. Here, when choosing one program, I can only mark either 30°C or 40°C, and spin up to 800 rpm. When starting the second, it is possible to set the temperature from 40 to 80 degrees, the possible rotation speed of the drum increases to 1200 revolutions.
