• To the touch, the metal from which the drum is made seems too thin, I think it’s better not to wash the sneakers, otherwise they will wrinkle. Compared to a Samsung washing machine, you can’t press the drum with your finger;
• The on and off button is sensitive and works at the slightest touch. If the machine is turned off during washing, you will have to start the entire cycle all over again.

• The machine is too noisy when it takes in water and spins;
• consumes a lot of water, more than 100 liters per cycle;
• It doesn’t dry well, although I try to put no more than 4 kg of laundry;
• clothes smell unpleasant;
• The anti-crease feature is pointless and doesn't work;
• There was no less ironing.

I didn't like the LG washer and dryer at all. After such drying, all the curtains became wrinkled; I had to iron them with a steamer. It is also impossible to iron shirts. Apparently the machine dries them out too much. When washing and spinning, shirts are twisted into a tight rope, so it is better not to set the speed to 1200 rpm. So I tore 2 shirts.She loves the off button on the touch screen, someone always hits it and the machine immediately turns on. This button is not blocked during washing, and the child protection function does not apply to it.

The menu is too complicated, there are functions that are unnecessary, in my opinion, and the buttons are slow. Smart diagnostics does not work with my phone. Bottom line: I expected much better, “crumpled” drying does not suit me, it is better to select programs by rotating the toggle switch on the panel.
