Reviews of countertop dishwasher
When buying a dishwasher for the first time, people think about what size it should be. After all, the kitchen where you plan to place the appliances can be so small that an appliance comparable in size to a washing machine can hardly fit.
However, manufacturers offer compact dishwashers for this case, which people call tabletop. They can really be placed on the table, but also in the cabinet under the sink, some of them fit safely. But how does this affect the capacity of the dishes and the quality of washing? This is the main question that we decided to find out from the reviews of people using countertop dishwashers.

We have a small dishwasher in our family because there is nowhere to put a large one. I'm very pleased with her. Enough for a family of three, you have to wash it 1-2 times a day. Almost everything goes into it, except the baking sheets. Only one pan fits, plus some small items. What I want to say is that even though it’s a small machine, it’s not a waste of money, it also washes everything perfectly. I don't argue that big is better.

Let it be a small tabletop rather than nothing. I bought my dishwasher a few years ago, Bosch brand. It washes perfectly, you can’t achieve that with hands. But the annoying thing is that you can’t push pans and pots into it. After changing the kitchen set, I moved the machine from the table under the sink, which made it even more convenient and spacious and, by the way, less noise. In short, there is no option to buy a large one, take a tabletop one, and no more family quarrels over who washes the dishes.

My advice is not to take a small dishwasher, look for a place for a large one.Sometimes I don’t have enough space of 45 cm, so I’m already thinking about full size washing machine.

I've had the simplest desktop Bosch machine for five years now. And I like it, because it washes the dishes until they shine. Of course there are disadvantages:
- Firstly, it makes a lot of noise. When I put the machine in the closet, the noise became less;
- secondly, you can’t wash large dishes. Pans need mobile handles, and pots have to be washed under the tap by hand.
Overall, even this dishwasher is a real salvation from my wife!

Our kitchen is a little less than 6 square meters; in the near future we will install a compact dishwasher. There are two small children (about the same age) in the family, and we have to wash bottles often, namely three times a day, that’s six bottles plus dishes. The parameters of this machine are quite satisfactory; of course, you can buy a larger machine. But we already had a big one and just stood idle until it rotted. I had to pile up dishes, which is inconvenient. If you need something, you must wash it with your hands.
I think that small washes in normal mode are better than accumulation of dishes. Plus, with such a machine there will be room for two more drawers. In general, I’m not going to shove everything into it, but I’ll wash the largest pan with my hands.
Bosch dishwashers

After reading a large number of positive reviews about the Bosch SKS 60E18RU dishwasher, I decided to buy it myself. The main criteria were the manufacturer and dimensions. We installed the dishwasher directly on the table, connected it ourselves, purchasing an additional drain hose for this, since the factory one was too short.
The first load was unsuccessful because the plates were placed incorrectly and they were washed poorly, although they squeaked. The washing machine makes a very loud noise. A little more than three months have passed, we can draw the following conclusion:
- It’s too small for a family of 4, all the dirty dishes don’t come in, and you have to wash the pots one by one.
- The quality of washing is low, it is not clear why.
- It takes up a lot of space, which deprives you of space for cooking.
- Inconvenient basket for spoons and forks.
These disadvantages prompted me to sell the washing machine after six months in order to buy a floor-standing one with a larger capacity. I note that the price for them is absolutely the same.

I’ve been using a Bosch dishwasher model SKS 60E18RU for 4 years now and never want to part with it. I doubted for a long time whether I needed a tabletop dishwasher, since I have a family of 6 people. However, doubts quickly disappeared. I'd rather turn on the machine 2 times a day than hoard dishes.
I like the 35-minute washing mode, but I use the 2-hour mode for washing gas grilles and hoods. For detergents I use inexpensive tablets, cut into three parts. Buying a large package of tablets (60 pcs) is very profitable, and the quality of washing is excellent. I just make sure to add salt and rinse aid.

The dishwasher broke after serving me for 8 years, and I decided to buy a new Bosch SKS 41 E11. The new machine turned out to be a little larger, which is good news, since it began to fit more dishes. I'm happy with everything, it washes everything clean and silently.

We have three children in our family, which forced my wife to wash the dishes very often and a lot, and therefore we decided to buy a dishwasher. The purchase came at a time of crisis, when the dollar jumped. There was no choice, they took the machine from the display case Bosch SKS 41E11, fortunately at least it was a well-known company, with no complaints about it yet.
With careful selection of detergents, the dishes sparkle, even hand-washed tea glasses are washed even cleaner by the machine. The pans and pots became perfect after the third wash. 15 minutes after the end of the program the dishes are completely dry. In short, we are happy with the washing machine and recommend it to everyone.

I have a Bosch SKS 40E22 countertop dishwasher, which I have nothing good to say about. The most important thing is that it doesn’t wash dishes well, you have to wash them, not to mention the frying pans and pots, which don’t come with the plates at all. And washing one pan for more than an hour is somehow a little expensive. I’ll give the equipment to my mother-in-law, let him rejoice or suffer...
Electrolux dishwashers

I bought an Electrolux ESF 2300 OH dishwasher and really liked it because it washes dishes well. However, after a few months it stopped heating the water due to a breakdown of the tachometer. There is a magnet on the tachometer that has split in half. The speed is not adjustable, so the heating element does not turn on. I took superglue and glued the magnet together, everything worked.

After 7 years of using the Electrolux esf 2440 dishwasher, we bought the ESF 2300 OW model, also Electrolux. The washing machine is good, it washes perfectly. But within a year, breakdowns began, first with the door, then with the water level sensor, due to which the water did not heat up at all, although it was filling up. It was a long wait for spare parts, so we took it to the garage and bought Candy in return, deciding that Electrolux dishwashers had become disgusting. But what I will say is that Kandy’s noise is unreal, after trying to soundproof it it completely leaked. In the end, we’d better repair the Electrolux and be happy.

I have an Electrolux ESF 2200 DW dishwasher, an excellent, economical and inexpensive appliance. Even despite some disadvantages, I give it 5 points. There are two of us and we live in a Khrushchev-era apartment, where there is very little space in the kitchen. The washing machine was placed under the washbasin. To save money and be environmentally friendly, we use baking soda for washing dishes with the addition of half a teaspoon of the cheapest dishwasher powder, and pour “Extra” salt into the ion exchanger. Once every 3 months we wash the machine with degreaser.
What is its downside, is that after 1.5 years of operation the start button broke. But I wasn’t upset, I took a Phillips-head screwdriver, disassembled the door and took out a button that you can re-solder yourself and take it to a mechanic. Most repairs will cost 1-2 $, not a big problem.

The Electrolux ESF 2200 DW dishwasher is quite ordinary. After 4 years the work leaked, causing a flood. The cause was a burnt out water level sensor. In general, the 5 years promised by the manufacturer did not work. And the quality does not correspond to the price, especially since it was assembled in Poland.
Dishwashers Candy

I’ve been using the Candy CDCF 6 machine for three years now, and I’m happy with everything:
- Compact. There is simply nowhere to put a larger dishwasher, but this one is in the corner near the sink.
- Quite roomy. For a family of 2 adults and one child, no more is needed, otherwise you will have to hoard dishes that will give off an unpleasant smell.
- Cleans well provided the dishes are arranged correctly and the filter is cleaned regularly. Well, choose quality products.
The disadvantage of the model is the noisy drain pump; you can’t turn it on at night, which is a pity.
In addition, it is inconvenient to use capsules with it; they leave too much foam, since they are designed for a larger volume of dishes. You have to rinse extra. However, the washing machine is good both in price and quality.

I bought a Candy CDCF 6 dishwasher for my parents’ birthday, about three years ago. We had never dealt with such technology before. The main thing was to look at the dimensions so that it would fit in the kitchen. Honestly, at first we were delighted with washing dishes, everything was perfectly clean. The joy came to an end when the holes in the sprinkler began to clog. Because of this, the quality of washing decreases, and if poorly washed dishes dry in the machine, then washing them becomes problematic.
For better washing, you have to place the plates less often than the cells in the basket, and therefore the volume of dishes is reduced. The tablet compartment door does not work well; sometimes it simply does not open, and the tablet remains in its place. In short, you have to do a lot of unnecessary work with such an assistant, including pre-cleaning the plates. My husband and I bought ourselves a Bosch car, there is nothing like it. Therefore, we advise you not to skimp on the manufacturer.

We have a Candy CDCP 6/E dishwasher in our country house; we didn’t have enough space for a larger one. This machine is a little small, Kandy for 8 classic place settings would still be better. In this one, large plates fit end to end. Yes, tablets are inconvenient; you have to break them in half.
As you can see, different dishwashers have both positive and negative reviews. Everything depends on the needs of people, their needs and capabilities. When choosing a dishwasher, focus on the technical component, and not on everyone’s subjective opinion.
