How to turn on the Ardo washing machine

For some, the issue of turning on the washing machine may seem frivolous, but there is no need to rush. People who see a new brand of appliances for the first time may very seriously not know how to turn on the washing machine. In addition, difficulties with turning on may arise even if you just bought a new modern unit or, conversely, a used washing machine that does not have instructions. Preparing for launch

Before “making” the Ardo machine perform the washing process, it must be properly connected to the communications. This may determine whether the machine will turn on at all. If you connect the inlet or drain hose incorrectly, the washing machine may not start, and an unfamiliar message will appear on the display, informing you of an error. Some models of machines react to the floor level, so the machine must be level.

So, after the unit is delivered home, you need to:

1. unpack it and remove shipping bolts;
2. make sure that the hoses are long enough to install the machine in the chosen location;
3. connect the inlet and drain hose to the machine;
4. connect the water inlet hose to the water supply twin;
5. connect the drain hose to the siphon branch;
6. Place the machine level by adjusting the legs.

Important! The drain hose should be located approximately 60 cm above the floor level to ensure normal drainage. As for the connection to electricity, it must be directly into a grounded outlet without an extension cord or tee.

Start before the first wash

Before washing clothes and linen for the first time, the manufacturer Ardo recommends running the new machine idle. This is necessary in order to rinse the tank and drum of the washing machine from dust and technical oil. 1. close the drum door;

7. After completing the cycle, the machine turns off by pressing the Stop button or pressing the programmer.

First wash

Starting the first wash of clothes is not much different from idle starting the Ardo washing machine, but we will still describe this algorithm in detail. To turn on the machine you need to:

1. Place laundry in the drum according to the specified maximum load of the Ardo washing machine for the corresponding washing mode, overloading the machine may lead to an imbalance in the drum, and the machine may stop. Linen should be sorted by color and fabric type, all small items should be removed from pockets;
2. pour the detergent into the powder receptacle;
   

   Important! Do not open the powder drawer during washing to avoid water leaking from the machine onto the floor.

3. check whether the water supply tap to the washing machine is open;
4. With dry hands, plug the Ardo machine into a power outlet;
5. select the washing mode and the desired temperature by turning the corresponding knobs only clockwise;
6. pull the programmer knob to start the mode;
7. wait until the washing is finished and turn off the machine by pressing the programmer or the Stop button;
8. remove the laundry from the drum;
9. unplug the machine from the outlet.

So, launching an Ardo washing machine has its own characteristics. Machines of this brand may not have the Start button you are used to, but it will definitely be replaced by another button or programmer. Read the instructions carefully, good luck!
