As a rule, conventional washing machines cannot be used in specialized institutions where sterility and hygiene are extremely important. The machine body is lined with stainless steel, and loading and unloading is controlled manually. The drainage system is closed, that is, the pipe is located on the side, and the liquid is drained into the drainage system, which minimizes the risk of flooding of the room.

Just like other barrier washing machines, loading and unloading of this model is done manually from different zones located on opposite sides of the unit. The drum load is 50 kg, which allows you to work with large volumes of laundry.

The device is controlled by a microprocessor. Similar control is also relevant for conventional washing machines: a built-in modular device controls the operation of the entire system. The technical characteristics of the barrier washing machine are impressive.

The main “highlight” of this model is the stepless regulation of the drum speed. What does it mean? This operating system allows you to save up to 30% of energy consumption when washing.

As for the control system, it includes 5 factory washing modes. In addition to them, a person can independently create and save up to 40 new programs. In addition, the machine is equipped with 5 additional detergent dispensers, which automatically regulate the amount of not only liquid substances, but also dry ones. The machine body is made of stainless steel and is very durable. The model described here has a drum load of 200 kilograms, but there are other “weight categories”:

• 200 kg.

The dimensions of the unit are 2180x1940x2690 mm (width, depth, height, respectively). The engine is quite powerful - 22 kW. The following areas of application are indicated: hotels, medical institutions, dry cleaners, laundries, as well as other technical and industrial enterprises. First of all, such a wide range is due to the large loading volume, as well as the energy saving function.

LB-40

The loading weight of the drum of this barrier washing machine is small in comparison with the models described above, and is only 40 kilograms. The design itself is standard: two chambers with loading and unloading from opposite rooms. This machine is perfect for small industrial enterprises, mini-hotels or laundries.

The dimensions of the unit are also significantly smaller than those of other barrier-type washing machines - 1090x1600x1800 mm (depth, width, height, respectively). The spin speed is not indicated in the technical specifications, but there is a point that the residual moisture has an index of 50, which indicates good parameters. Specific resource consumption:

• 0.31 kW per hour per kg of laundry – specific energy consumption per cycle.
• 16.6 cubic decimeters of water per kg of laundry – water consumption per wash cycle.
• This model has electric heating, so steam is not consumed when washing.

Detergent dispensers are not installed at production, but they can be purchased and installed additionally if desired. In total, you can connect up to 6 dispensers.
